CNC in machining stands for Computer Numerical Control. CNC machining is a process used in the manufacturing industry which includes the use of computers for the proper control of machine tools. There are many tools which can be controlled in this manner including mills, lathes, grinders and routers. During the use of CNC machining, machine tools function through numerical control. Computer program is mostly customized for an object and machines are mostly operated with the CNC machining language which controls almost all features such as coordination, feed rate, speeds and location. However, CNC machine repair services which are used commercially are dependent on the reliability of stepper motors which helps in the rotation of particular degrees in response to some changes in occurring in magnetic field. On the other hand, CNC device with a dull cutting tool and high backlash can lead to cutter chatter. Backlash influences the accuracy of some operations including axis movement reversals during the cutting process such as circle milling.
